Shipping and payment
We ship fabrics and garments worldwide from Mumbai (Nhava Sheva) by sea or air, from a few cartons to full containers. Here is how ordering, shipping and payment work.
Sea or air freight
Sea freight
Best for heavy, bulk or non-urgent cargo, at the lowest cost per piece.
- FCL (Full Container Load): a whole 20 ft or 40 ft container for your goods.
- LCL (Less than Container Load): share container space when your order is smaller.
Air freight
Best for high-value or urgent goods that need fast transit, such as samples, top-up orders and new launches.
Shipment process
- Order confirmation and contract We confirm designs, quantities, prices, delivery terms and lead time, and send the proforma invoice. 30% advance books the order.
- Cargo preparation and packaging Production, quality check, tagging and export packing in bales or cartons. We send you photos and updates as it progresses.
- Customs clearance and storing We prepare the export documents and clear customs. Goods are stored safely until loading.
- Loading and transit The balance is paid at the time of shipping, goods are loaded, and we share the shipping documents and tracking details.
Delivery terms
We work on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, as applicable to your country and order. USD prices on this website are FOB Mumbai. Ask us for a CIF or DDP quote to your port or door.

| EXW Ex Works | You collect the goods from our Surat warehouse and arrange export, freight and insurance. |
| FOB Free On Board | We deliver the goods, export-cleared, onto the vessel at Mumbai. You pay sea freight and insurance. |
| CIF Cost, Insurance and Freight | We pay freight and insurance to your destination port. You handle import clearance and duties. |
| DDP Delivered Duty Paid | We deliver to your address with import duties paid, where this service is available. |
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order (MOQ)
MOQ depends on the product, fabric and design. Each product page shows its MOQ; ask us about mixed orders.
Lead time
Lead time depends on stock availability and production. Ready stock ships quickly; custom designs take longer. Contact us for the timeline on your order.
Payment terms
- 30% advance at the time of booking the order.
- 70% balance at the time of shipping.
- Payment by bank transfer (T/T), following regular export practice.
- Indian buyers: INR prices exclude GST; a GST invoice is provided.
